De Keep an Eye Foundation zet zich al jaren in voor de ondersteuning en ontwikkeling van jong talent binnen diverse opleidingen. Maar talent groeit niet alleen binnen de muren van een vakgebied – vaak ontstaan de mooiste ideeën juist op het snijvlak van verschillende disciplines. Daarom willen we nog sterker inzetten op verbinding en samenwerking tussen makers uit uiteenlopende richtingen. Met dit nieuwe initiatief creëren we een platform waar talenten elkaar kunnen vinden, inspireren en samen nieuwe creatieve paden kunnen bewandelen.

Keep an Eye als matchmaker!

Bij Keep an Eye brengen we creatieve talenten samen! Zo vindt een componist de perfecte tekstschrijver, een circusclown zijn of haar kledingontwerper en een startende band hun fotograaf. En dat is nog maar het begin…
Hebben twee makers elkaar via ons gevonden? Dan kunnen ze samen een projectplan en begroting opstellen en deze indienen. Zo maken ze kans op maximaal €3.500,- aan financiële ondersteuning om hun project te realiseren. Elk half jaar worden maar liefst vier projecten geselecteerd en ondersteund!

Zo werkt het

Wij zetten jouw vraag uit bij de relevante kunstopleidingen en onze andere partners. Zodra we in overleg met hen een goede match hebben gevonden, brengen we jullie met elkaar in contact!
Vervolgens werken jullie samen aan een projectplan en begroting, waarin duidelijk wordt aangegeven welk bedrag jullie aanvragen. Dit plan wordt bij ons ingediend en beoordeeld door een onafhankelijke commissie.
Deze commissie bekijkt alle aanvragen zorgvuldig en beslist of jullie in aanmerking komen voor een bijdrage tot €3.500,- om jullie project werkelijkheid te maken!

To all young creators!

For years the Keep an Eye Foundation has been actively supporting young talent in their development at different creative educational institutes throughout the Netherlands. And we’ve come up with a new initiative to hopefully create more interaction between the different creative sectors.
Maker zoekt Maker!

(‘Maker is looking for maker’) Keep an Eye takes on the role of matchmaker and helps a composer find their lyricist, a circus clown find their fashion designer, a starting band find their photographer, etcetera, etcetera.. When two creators find each other via our platform, you will write and hand in a project plan and budget estimate and if your project is selected, you can receive up to € 3.500,- to realise your project. Every six months no less than 4 projects will recieve this financial support!

Are you…

… a student or alumnus (graduated no longer than 5 years ago) of one of the Dutch Art Institutions, and looking for a perfect match for your project? Apply now and hopefully your project will be selected to receive € 3.500,-!

How to apply

Please apply by filling out our application form at makerzoektmaker.nl and we will start looking for the perfect match for your project!

How it works

We will contact the relevant art schools (including our other partners) and as soon as we have reached a match with them, we will put the two of you in touch with each other!
Together you will work on a project plan and budget that will then be submitted to us. This budget must clearly state the amount you request from us.
An independent committee will review and assess all applications and then decide whether you will receive a contribution of up to € 3.500,-.
